We are a fee-for-service practice
We do not contract with any health insurance plans. Upon receiving exceptional care our patients will be provided with the necessary paperwork to submit a claim with their insurance company. Ultimately your insurance company will determine if our services are covered and to what extent. Please refer to the specific services for an estimate of cost per visit.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, HSA and FSA.

Mondays thru Thursdays 9:00 - 5:00, Fridays 9:00-3:00
By Appointment Only. Appointments at off-office hours and home visits may be arranged at the discretion of the practitioners.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the large block of time allotted for initial visits, a $100 credit card deposit will be required at the time of booking. The deposit will go towards the cost of the initial visit. It is fully reimbursed if you cancel or reschedule greater than 2 business days prior to your appointment. Follow up visits also require a 2 business day cancellation/reschedule notice and may be subject to a $75 fee.
